In April 2017, a report was delivered by Deliote Canada to ACI and SPOECC regarding the harmonizing of plant staffing and plant ratings . This was a national discussion on the differences between jurisdictions and what may be a reasonable approach to being able to respond to the requirements of the Labour Mobility Act 2008.
