Product: Viessmann Vitodens 200-W and Vitodens 222-F boiler models

Issue: Risk of increased carbon monoxide levels

What to do: Contact the installer or distributor to schedule a free boiler safety inspection.

 

This recall involves certain Vitodens 200-W and 222-F boiler models used for space or domestic water heating. The back plate of the heat exchanger may corrode and exhaust flue gases may leak into the house or living spaces, posing a risk of increased carbon monoxide levels. The product name and model number can be found on the left side of the boiler cover. The serial number can be found on the underside of the boiler.
